    President
    Anthony Napoli, CMP DMCP is a proud native New Yorker and has been a leader in the destination management and incentive travel industry for more than 25 years. Tony attained his BA from Cathedral College & St. Joseph's Seminary and holds a MFA in theatre directing from CUNY. He was mentored by Jim McNabb of McNabb & Associates before joining Briggs in 1990 as Director of Operations. Mr. Napoli is often invited to speak at industry panels and is quoted as an incentive travel expert in Crain's, The Wall Street Journal, Mann on the Street, XM Satellite Radio, and numerous leading travel industry publications. He sits on the boards of NYC & Co., New York Theatre Workshop and The Cathedral of St. John the Divine. He is also on his co-op board which can put our US Congress to shame!

    Gary has been a leader in the destination management industry for over 15 years. As one of the owners and Chief Financial Officer of Briggs, Inc., he has helped the company focus on outstanding service, creativity and fun which has garnered Briggs many awards, including being named one of the top 25 DMCs by Special Events magazine. Gary served on the board of The DMC Network for more than 10 years, two of them as President. Gary enjoys spending time with his Jack Russell terrier, George, and escaping to his house in the New York countryside where he loves to sit in his backyard contemplating the universe. He also enjoys hiking, running, quantum physics and fixing things.

    Cosimo joined Briggs Inc in 2002, bringing with him an outstanding sales record in the hospitality industry with several years of previous experience in hotels, airlines and cruises. In his current role as Vice President of Business Development, Cosimo is responsible for developing and maintaining Sales & Marketing and is primary contact for Corporate and Incentive clients. He currectly serves on the Board of Directors of ADMEI, GMITE Advisory Board & FICP Hospitality Partners Advisory Council and former Board member of MPI and Co-Chair of SITE Young Leaders; he was also recently named one of Special Events Magazines Top 30 under 40 in the events industry and Collaborate Magazine Top 40 under 40. Cosimo is the proud father of twins.

    Michael brings more than twenty years of experience in executive management to his role as Managing Director. He's responsible for managing the company's day-to-day operations as well as establishing and implementing strategies to support corporate initiatives. Outside of work, Michael has a passion for exploring New York's extensive selection of dining venues. Dining alone wasn't enough to satisfy his appetite so, he recently graduated from New York's Institute of Culinary Education and received a degree in Culinary Management. Ask him for his salmon with honey glaze recipe.

    Sarah left her home town of Akron, Ohio to attend American University in Washington DC. Between classes, she worked with Senator Jay Rockefeller's press office and upon graduating from American University in 1995, Sarah ventured into Seoul, Korea to teach English as a second language. During this time, she hosted a popular English conversation television show and traveled extensively throughout the region. Sarah's 11 years of event and hospitality experience brings a wide array of skills to the Briggs team. Some of her past experiences include sales manager with Tavern on the Green to sales manager for Restaurant Associates at The Metropolitan Opera, The United Nations, and The PGA Championship.

    Luigi Dato, ardent New York Giant fan and native New Yorker, brings nearly 12 years of experience to the hospitality field. Prior to joining Briggs, Luigi was the Senior Sales Manager at a NYC dinner cruise line, where he was responsible for managing both domestic and international sales. Over the years at Briggs, Luigi has been a key component to the success on numerous programs, from planning events at some of NYC's most iconic venues to coordinating transportation for a group of 2,500 guests. He is married to Lauren Dato and is the very proud father of their daughters, Olivia and Alessandra.

    Born and raised in Red Bank, NJ, Emily wanted to be in the events industry since she was little. After graduating from University of Delaware with a Bachelors of Science in Human Service, she was ecstatic to start her career with Briggs in the city she loves most. Emily enjoys spending time at the beach, cooking, and daydreaming about when she can travel to South Africa again and plan an incentive safari.

    Becky is from Massachusetts and was introduced into the hospitality industry at a young age. With a chef as a father, she grew up in the kitchen and planning clam bakes with the family catering business. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality at the University of Massachusetts, she packed her bags and moved to California. There she started working at a local DMC and fell in love with the ability to be creative in a fast paced environment. Being a true East Coast girl at heart, the sunny skies could not keep her away and she returned to the east coast to New York City and Briggs.

    Jordan was raised in a small beach town on the Jersey Shore. After graduating from James Madison University in Virginia, she decided to move back north to fulfill her lifelong goal of living and working in New York City. She brings passion and dedication to work each day, excited to be a part of the planning and executing one of a kind events/experience in this one of a kind city. By the way Jordan was a Briggs intern in the summer of 2013. It was undoubtedly her laminating skills that got her current position.

    Breck may not have been born in New York City, but she got here as fast as she could! Raised in both Kansas and Texas, Breck always yearned for the big city. While she was a student in the humanities at the University of Kansas, Breck traveled extensively, studying abroad in both Scotland and France. She has visited New York often throughout her life, vacationing every Easter with her family and staying in the old Barbazon Hotel. These trips are fitting now that she, like so many women before her, has moved to the city in search of professional opportunities. In addition to her career in events, she teaches English as a Second Language, runs, and takes advantage of her membership at the New York Botanical Garden.

    Kimberly grew up just an hour north of New York City and moved to the Bronx to attend Manhattan College. Prior to joining the Briggs team, she worked in non-profit development, where she gained invaluable event planning experience. She enjoys the fast-paced environment at Briggs, and in her time off you'll find her traveling, practicing yoga, or searching for the best donut this city has to offer.

    After studying theatre at the University of Oregon, Sammi moved back to her home town of Los Angeles to soak up the sun and be close to family. But it wasn't long until Sammi realized her true path was in New York. Sammi has traveled to many places throughout her life, but she believes nowhere else provides as much entertainment, culture, and diversity as this great city. Here, in New York, she has pursued a vibrant career working in event developement and production. And when she is home in Astoria, Queens, she spends much of her time exploring new restaurants, trying new recipes and dog sitting.

    Born and raised in northern New Jersey, David has spent most of his life within minutes of New York City's bright lights. He had a brief stint in the South, where he acquired a degree in theatre from East Carolina University, but afterward quickly moved back north to Manhattan to live in the heart of the city he loves. Prior to joining the Briggs team, David spent several years doing administrative and events work in the theatre industry in New York City. David brings to Briggs his creativity, talent, sardonic wit and over a decade of working, playing and living in Hell's Kitchen.

    Lauren Dato hails from Brooklyn and went to the same high school as David Geffen and the Three Stooges! She received her BA in Theater Production from CUNY Brooklyn College and worked as an Off-Broadway Stage Manager before joining Briggs in 2003. Lauren honed her knack for creativity, organization and attention to detail into her long standing diverse career at Briggs. As an essential part of the Briggs team with over ten years of operations experience, Lauren's skills and positive attitude, not to mention sense of humor, have proved critical to the success of a variety of award winning events for a multitude of clients.

    Alanna Conte was born and raised in a big family just across the river in the suburbs of Union County New Jersey. Alanna earned her BA in Business Administration at Neumann University in Pennsylvania. She found her way back to the tri-state area after college and fulfilled her lifelong dream of living and working in New York City. Born into a family of restauranteurs and events professionals, and coming from a background in restaurant and event management Alanna joined the Briggs team in April of 2017. She is famous for her homemade tagliatelle.

    Salvatore was born in a small town in Sicily and moved to the Big Apple when he was 5 years old. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Sal brings over 13 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry working at various nightlife venues in New York City, dealing with high level VIP clients. He is fluent in both Italian and English. Briggs made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

    Stephanie was born and raised on Long Island. After graduating from LIU Post with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Public Relations she was on a mission to fulfill her lifelong dream of working in New York City. She began her career working in the Meetings, Incentive, Conference and Events (MICE) industry gaining a wealth of experience by hosting events in Las Vegas, Costa Rica and the Caribbean. Although the travel was a great experience, Stephanie decided to move on and found a home at Briggs, ultimately merging her two passions - Events and New York City. When Stephanie is not working, you'll most likely find her brunching, traveling or on the couch binge watching Netflix.

    Having grown up on Long Island, Sarah thought it was only fitting to move back home after graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Leadership Studies. She always knew even planning was in her future, and after her summer internship here at Briggs in 2015, she was excited to come back! When Sarah is not in the office, you can find her on a beach somewhere or planning her next travel adventure with friends and family.

    Jessica Oliva was born and raised just over the bridge in Brooklyn; and came aboard the Briggs team in the Fall of 2016. She received her BA in Education/Special Education from CUNY Brooklyn College. With a minor in Art and a passion for planning, Jessica has a knack for creating colorful proposals as well paying close attention to detail. Jessica comes to the Briggs team with over six years of experience in corporate functions, intimate social gatherings and elaborate weddings. Jessica's positive attitude helps to ensure a successful variety of events for all her clients.

    Born and raised in Manhattan, Nicole is a native New Yorker who loves sharing our exciting, creative and beautiful city. She graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a BFA in Graphic Design and is very passionate about art and design and her attention to detail is almost fanatical. She enjoys silk-screening, designing & making jewelry, going to museums and movies and loves to travel. Nicole recently traveled to Egypt looking for the Lost Ark.

Always wanting to live inthe big city and enjoy all it has to offer, Scott moved to Manhattan after graduating. Bringing 5 years of business management and team support experience to Briggs, he approaches each business day with enthusiasm and positivity for his job and work environment. Outside of the office, Scott enjoys one-of-a-kind extreme sports, like shark diving, as well as exploring the city and Manhattan's many restuarants. He also loves horror movies. Boo!
